Shipping and Return

Our product is MADE TO ORDER. Should we not be able to fulfill your submission, we will immediately contact you to discuss substitutions, deletions or cancellation. Orders are made within 48 hours of receipt.

RETURN POLICY

Your order is guaranteed to arrive in appropriate condition at the specified shipping address provided. If you are not completely satisfied with the quality of your order upon arrival, please contact us within 3 days of receipt, with a detailed description and photograph(s) evidencing your dissatisfaction, for assistance with a replacement or exchange.

We will either re-ship the item or replace it with another of equal or greater value. A replacement or exchange will be shipped within 5 days. Due to the perishable nature of our chocolate, all claims submitted without proper support will not be eligible for re-shipment. We reserve the right to limit replacements. Refunds are not offered.

Our guarantee extends only to correctly addressed orders. Unfortunately, and due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot guarantee the condition of the package if the carrier must re-route your order. We cannot be responsible for the condition of orders that are not able to be delivered on the first attempt.

We will ship your order to the shipping address(es) you provide. Please include a street address, and company name, suite or apartment numbers when applicable to ensure proper delivery.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries when:
1. You provide an incorrect or outdated address;
2. Your recipient is out of town or not available, or
3. You do not provide a corrected/new delivery address within 24 hours of the first delivery attempt.
Shipments that are returned or require re-routing due to incorrect addresses will be subject to additional charges for re-shipment and/or re-labeling for the carrier.

SHIPPING INFO

We offer standard shipping only- no overnight, 2nd day or rush orders. We do not offer Sunday delivery. We cannot guarantee Monday delivery, as weather conditions sometimes prevent us from shipping over the weekend. Our shipping rates vary based on your geographical region in the continental states.

Therefore, if an order is placed on Monday at 2pm, it will be shipped out at the latest on Wednesday at 2pm.

We currently ship to continental U.S. addresses only (no PO Boxes). 

Please note that shipping costs are per shipment, or an individual package to an individual address; orders with multiple shipments will incur multiple shipping charges.

To ensure freshness, we only ship chocolate-dipped fruits to New York, New Jersey and Connecticut addresses.
